How to Delete Your Data
BulkComment allows you to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can do this in two ways:
Option 1: Delete from the Dashboard
- Log in to your BulkComment account.
- Go to Accounts and disconnect any connected social media accounts.
- Contact support through the in-app support system to request full account deletion.
Option 2: Contact Us Directly
Submit a support ticket through the in-app support system requesting account and data deletion. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, we remove the following:
- Account information: your email, name, company name, and phone number.
- Connected accounts: all Facebook/Instagram page connections and encrypted access tokens.
- Automation data: keyword triggers, configuration settings, and AI model preferences.
- Activity logs: comment processing history, action logs, and DM records.
- Billing data: subscription records (Stripe handles payment data independently).
- Support tickets: all support ticket history.
Timeframe
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Once completed, your data cannot be recovered.
Third-Party Data
Please note that data already sent to third-party services (Meta, Anthropic, Stripe) is subject to their respective data retention policies. Deleting your BulkComment account removes your data from our systems but does not affect data held by these third parties.
