1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BulkComment ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BulkComment is an automated comment management platform that connects to your Facebook and Instagram accounts to monitor, classify, and respond to comments based on rules you configure. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze comments and generate responses.

3. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must have authorization to connect and manage the social media accounts you link to BulkComment.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Send spam, harassment, or abusive content.
Violate Meta's Platform Terms or Community Standards.
Impersonate other people or entities.
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the platform.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models to classify comments and generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be inappropriate or incorrect. You are ultimately responsible for the content posted through your connected accounts and should review automated responses through the activity log.

6. Billing and Subscriptions

Free tier users are subject to usage limits as described on the billing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party APIs (Meta, AI providers) which may experience outages outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BulkComment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or damage to your social media accounts.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
